Lifetime PDR Guarantee
Any paintless dent repair work we perform is guaranteed for as long as you own the vehicle. If a repair we completed ever comes back — the dent returns to its original shape — bring it in and we'll fix it at no charge. No time limit, no mileage limit, no exceptions.
ADAS Calibration Guarantee
Every calibration we perform is documented to the vehicle manufacturer's specification. If within 12 months of our work, the vehicle is found to be out of OEM specification due to our calibration, we will recalibrate it at no charge. The guarantee covers the quality of our work, not damage caused by subsequent accidents or impacts.
Estimate Accuracy Guarantee
All estimates we write meet insurance industry standards (CCC format). If an estimate is rejected by a carrier for formatting, documentation, or completeness errors that are our responsibility, we will revise and resubmit it at no charge, as many times as needed.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're unhappy with our work, call us first. We'll inspect it, hear you out, and make it right. If we can't satisfy you, we'll explore other options rather than leaving you stuck.
What's Not Covered
- ✗ Pre-existing damage that was present before the repair
- ✗ Subsequent damage from another event (weather, accident, etc.)
- ✗ Work performed by a third party after we complete ours
- ✗ Normal wear and tear or corrosion unrelated to our work
Our guarantee covers the quality and longevity of our specific work. It doesn't cover damage from external causes, subsequent events, or work done by others.

Describe the problem
Send photos or bring the vehicle by so we can inspect what changed. We'll determine whether it falls under the guarantee.
Schedule an inspection
We'll fit you in quickly to look at the work. If it's our responsibility, we'll fix it or discuss next steps that day.
