Our Network

Four specialist teams, so a vehicle never waits on someone else's calendar.

Valet Auto Group was built by repair operators who got tired of watching finished cars sit in the lot waiting on a subcontracted calibration or a rewritten estimate. So we brought each of those capabilities in-house — and kept every one of them specialist.

Whether you're a vehicle owner or a shop owner, the first conversation is free and we'll tell you honestly if we're not the right fit.

The Story

The bottleneck was never the technician.

We started on the repair side of hail work — paintless dent repair, doing the actual metal work. The crews were good and fast. But vehicles still took weeks to get back to their owners, and the reason had almost nothing to do with the repair itself.

A car would be finished bodywork-wise and then sit, because a forward-facing camera needed calibrating and that meant sending it to another shop with its own queue. Another would sit because the estimate hadn't been written the way the insurer expected, so the claim bounced and nobody noticed for a week.

Every one of those delays lived in the gap between two companies that didn't talk to each other. That gap was the actual problem worth solving.

The Strategy

Bring every capability in-house. Keep every team specialist.

There are two easy ways to get this wrong. One is to stay a single-service shop and keep subletting the rest. The other is to become a generalist who does all four things adequately and none of them well. We deliberately did neither.

Separate brands, one file

Hail Valet, ADAS Valet, Estimate Valet, and Body Shop Services each run as their own specialist team with their own standards — but they share one scheduler and one customer file.

No handoff gaps

Because the estimate, the repair, and the calibration come from the same file, no step waits for a third party to return a phone call. That is the entire speed advantage.

One point of contact

Customers and partner shops deal with one person across all four lines, and get one invoice. Complexity is our problem to absorb, not theirs to manage.

The Service Lines

Four teams, each doing one thing properly.

Take one service or all four. They interlock when a job needs it and stay out of the way when it doesn't.

How We Operate

Four commitments we hold ourselves to.

Straight answers first

If paintless repair isn't right for your vehicle, or our program isn't right for your shop, we say so. A referral we don't get paid for costs less than a job we shouldn't have taken.

Time is the real product

Nobody wants a repair. They want their vehicle back and their week returned to them. Every process decision we make is measured against how much of someone's time it gives back.

Here after the season

We're a year-round Dallas–Fort Worth operation, not a crew that follows storms and disappears. A lifetime guarantee only means something if the company is still answering the phone.

Documentation is part of the work

An undocumented repair or calibration is an unfinished one. Insurance-ready paperwork isn't administrative overhead — it's what protects the customer and the shop later.

Where We Work

Based in Dallas–Fort Worth, operating across three states.

  1. Dallas–Fort Worth, TX

Our home base and primary operating area. Mobile calibration, PDR, and partner support run out of DFW year round.

  2. Oklahoma City & Edmond, OK

Hail repair and estimating coverage across the Oklahoma City and Edmond area during and after storm season.

  3. Front Range, CO

Front Range coverage for hail repair and estimating support, coordinated from our Texas operations.

Outside these areas? Call us. If we can't help directly we'll tell you rather than send a crew you'd be better off without.

Proof

What owners and shops say

They handled the insurance side start to finish. I dropped the car off, they kept me posted, and it came back looking like the storm never happened.

Having calibration, PDR overflow, and estimating come from one company means one call and one invoice instead of chasing three vendors.

They're local. After the storm, the chasers show up and disappear. These guys were still answering the phone in month three.
